Guaranteed refund
In case that you are not satisfied with received MiTV Tourist Assistance Card, you may ask for a full refund (only applicable for 7 days after purchase) and MiTV Europe guarantees to issue refunds in full (without shipping or any other fees).Returning MiTV Card(s)
If you wish to return MiTV Card(s), you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please telephone us if you would like to return your order, and we will send you pre-paid labels so that you can return them for free. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging.
Road assistance
If your car is damaged, you had a car accident or you are lost, our operators will help you, or they will arrange help you need through our partners.
All services that road assistance company provides / driving your car to the nearest service station or to some other destination / will be charged through a price list of the company.
Interpreter
This service is assumed as help in everyday situations in understanding language, text or notions in Croatian. / how to find nearest pharmacy, how to manage in pharmacy, post office or restaurant, how to find the nearest shopping centre, how to make an order, etc../.
This service does not include official and longer text translation.
Medical advice
Our doctors are legitimate professionals with experience. Medical team can advise you on easier health problems, but for all striving injuries or illness we will help you to get to the nearest hospital or ambulance services.
Our doctors do not make house or hotel visits or make prescriptions.
Legal advice
We really hope that you will not need this service, but in case you need one, we are here to help you. This is advisory service and it includes help in legal matters when you need fast reaction of the professional personnel that will provide a legal advice established on positive legal regulations or Republic of Croatia. (a car accident, robbery, assault or accident of any kind).
Our lawyers are members of Croatian lawyer chamber. In case you need legal protection before Croatian court, our lawyers can represent you under lawyer fee.
